Welcome to the Vintage Sewalong of 2011

This is your chance to dive into that vintage pattern you've always wanted to sew. Join your fellow fun and friendly sewists as we sew and share our adventures in vintageness together.

1/8/11: CLOSED to new participants. We're so sorry we have to do this but we want to keep this sewalong manageable so we have a better chance of interacting with and helping each other. You're welcome to follow along with us though!

Vintage Sewalong is also a Group on Facebook and a bunch of us are there. Just search "Vintage Sewalong" on Facebook and request to join. This is the best way to chat in almost-real-time with each other about our progress.

Posting Guidelines

Please set the size of your photos to SMALL. This will enable us to fit more posts on the page and will give participants a better chance of having their posts read. If you'd like to share several photos in one post, try to post just one or two photos and include a link to view the rest at your blog or online photo album.

Please use these specific post labels for decades: 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's. Doing so will help us group posts by decade if everyone uses this same label structure. Thanks!
